However, you may be surprised to learn that the takeover of a body – your body – is a common as birds flying in the sky. Not only is it common, it happens on a mass scale, too.[1]
Firstly, let’s look at parasites. What are they?
Parasites and consciousness
We all have a multitude of organisms living in our bodies, housing both good and bad bacteria, the micro-organisms that contribute to our well-being and parasitic ones that drive us down. A parasite is an organism that lives on or within you and feeds off your body and energy. As hosts, we’re often unaware of our parasites, even though they tend to cause severe depletion of energy, overall lack of wellness, and a breakdown in our general health and sustainability. Especially if they have been left ignored for a longer period of time.
But what if the parasitic organisms in your body continue to thrive? Do they get to vote on what they want to eat and drink? Are your cravings truly yours, or have you been tricked into thinking you desire certain things that turn your body into an even more attractive terrain for parasites to flourish and grow?
Parasitic micro-organism generally claim our bodies as their habitat due to a lack of awareness about the food we eat, the lifestyle we keep, and unconscious acts and behavior that allow beings to enter our body and consciousness. If remaining undetected, these beings slowly start merging their consciousness with ours to a point where we barely recognize what comes from us, and what comes from them. Just as we do with beneficial organisms, we enter into a symbiotic state of being. In my experience, some of us even start becoming parasitic in our behavior, forming unhealthy, toxic relationships with nature, and with other people that make us unhappy. What’s worse, it can leave us feeling powerless, unable to change them.
So what to do?
Traditionally, parasites are viewed as something to fight or kill. However, from consciousness point of view, fighting or killing something to get rid of it merely perpetuates the cycle, adding to the imbalance in your bodily environment.
In my experience, the only way of dealing with parasites in the long term is to change our inner landscape so that the environments parasites might inhabit become unattractive to them.
Modern scientific literature suggests that an alkaline diet as the correct ‘recipe’ and appropriate antidote to the acid-rich parasite-friendly nutrition that comes from a diet based on meat, sugars, alcohol, coffee, etc. I support this and continue to see great results using external tools of detox and an alkaline diet, and at the same time, I believe there’s a key ingredient is missing – perhaps the most important one of all.
The key I’m referring to is the internal tool of our own consciousness.
Rushing to do a parasite cleanse or drinking copious amounts of sodium bicarbonate is addressing the symptom, but not the cause. I feel the spiritual origin of the problem – why these beings leave and what they are trying to teach us – stems from a deeper part of our growth and evolution.
Working as a transformation specialist, throughout the years I’ve encountered a wider range of parasites, not only the physical ones. I’ve seen emotional parasites (guilt tripping; passive aggression, victimization); parasites that feed on over-processing and mental energy; sexual parasites that spread themselves from one host to another – to name but a few. We’re going to address these aspects as we get further into our detox journey, but I just wanted to give you an idea for now.
I’ve noticed that despite our best efforts and intentions, we often fail to make lasting changes when it comes to these aspects of our experience. I attribute this to the lack of awareness about some of the underlying principles of how consciousness works, and the interplay of the DNA of different organisms to achieve our evolutionary goals. This motived me to create a way of conscious detox, designed specifically to merge the intelligence of very powerful external tools with the tools of our inner light and consciousness.
This kind of detox doesn’t happen by fighting or killing the ‘culprits’. Instead, we allow our higher octave (the higher self) to rise up and dissolve lower frequency beings into non-existence, changing our internal structure in a way that is undesirable to parasites. Our higher octave is love – it’s what we are in our essence – and so in recognizing what is going on inside you, I invite you to undertake a little experiment…
A little experiment
For at least 15 minutes, pour as much love and tenderness into your being as you possibly can.
Forget everything about anything else, and just focus on your love.
How do you feel?
It should be a nice little experiment, and you can repeat it or extend it as much as you please.
